LED Desk Lamps for Green and Glow Purposes

As an avid and voracious reader, and as an architecture student, reading and working late nights are a staple of my schedule. I've been looking for a reliable light system or lamp for my night activities and found that LED desk lamps are actually available, and even in stylish designs.

LEDs (light-emitting diodes) have been tapped for more green lighting products. They are smaller compared to your light bulb, and can still match it and even outshine it in brightness capacity. Instead of having one huge bulb, LED lamps consist of a handful of LEDs. This makes LED lamps cover a greater area, but with more defined spaces. LED lamps are energy-efficient, that's why they save you money on electricity and power without losing quality lighting. They are a great investment, with life times of high-quality ones at almost ten to fifteen years. And because LED lamps come in minimalist and practical designs, you can use them wherever in your house.

The one in my study area is the Z-Bar High Power LED Desk Lamp. With its Z-shape bendable and flexible, it's easy to use for any heights of desk or any space. It looks like a slim bar of metal with joints. I have the red one, but it is also available in black and silver. Just like other lighting fixtures, it also has a dimming feature, so you can adjust the brightness easily to your needs. It delivers up to 240 lumens using only 9 watts, so it is a bit pricey but worth every penny!
